GREX Aggregate Woven Wire Mesh Mining Screening Solutions

Plain Crimp Woven Wire Mesh

GREX Plain Crimp Woven Wire Mesh adopts the most classic basic crimp weaving process. Both warp and weft wires are pre‑crimped with uniform waveforms before interlacing one‑over‑one‑under, forming self‑locked square or rectangular openings.

This weaving structure prevents wire shifting under vibration load, maintains consistent aperture accuracy, and delivers good overall rigidity. Available in 65Mn manganese steel, high‑carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel.

Widely used for dry & wet screening of aggregates, gravel, ore, coal, quarry materials. Supports custom wire diameter, aperture, sheet/roll size and hooked edges for tension screen installation.

Woven Wire Mesh FAQ‘s

Screening media play an important role in optimising the various screening duties in the processing plant. These include scalping, sizing, desliming, media recovery, dewatering and trash removal. Efficient separation also allows downstream process equipment to perform at their design capabilities. Well-designed screening media can result in substantial overall cost savings.

They’re commonly applied from very fine cuts up to medium cuts (often cited around 0.2–50 mm, application-dependent).

Yes. GREX supports fully customized length, width, thickness, aperture size, hole pattern and mounting holes, you can provide drawings, samples or machine parameters for quotationslotfilter…

Under normal working conditions, well‑matched GREX PU flip flow screen mats can reach 4000+ working hours, service life depends on material abrasiveness, feed moisture, load and running parameters.

Small trial orders are acceptable; mass production lead‑time depends on whether standard or fully customized specifications. Please send your detailed requirements for an official offer.

If you are interested with our products, please don’t hesitate to contact us. You can tell me the following questions, Then I can send you accurate quotation soon, including additional discount!

1. Which screening media do you need? like Polyurethane screen, Self cleaning screen or Woven wire mesh, etc.

2. what is your raw material plan to process? like limestone, granite or inron ore, etc.

3. Screen L*W (inch of mm), Aperture Opening L*W (inch of mm), Color,Qty, Technology Require or send P/O(Drawings).

4. YAs a manufacturer,Please contact us with your detailed requirements and we will send you an accurate quote with additional discounts.

1. Before starting:
(A) Check whether the screen is damaged or not.
(B) Whether each set of lashing rings is locked;

2. When starting:
(A) pay attention to whether there is abnormal noise.
(B) whether the current is stable.
(C) whether the vibration is abnormal.

3. After use:
clean up after each use.
Polyurethane screen plates are expensive and require a large one-time investment. If they are used and maintained improperly, they will cause premature damage.

1. It is necessary to avoid welding the screen frame or other components on the installed screen mesh frame, and prevent the high temperature welding slag or objects from burning or burning the screen mesh.

2. Minimize the entry of steel wire, iron nails, sharp metal objects, etc. into the sieve, or fall on the sieve from a higher part, and penetrate or damage the sieve surface.

3. During the installation of the sieve plate, all parts should be flattened, flattened with wooden strips, folded and pressed around the screen frame, so that the ore particles are evenly distributed on the screen surface, and no coarse particles are leaked around the screen frame. The purpose of sieving and grading.

4. The sieve holes have large and small heads. When installing, put the small hole surface on the top and the large hole surface on the bottom to prevent the ore particles from sticking into the sieve holes and not falling off. The board can be folded and dried and shaken or beaten with iron wire, and then it can fall off.
