The three-dimensional pyramid convex structure forms irregular elastic vibration during screen operation, producing powerful self-cleaning kinetic energy to shake off sticky clay, fine ore powder and damp particles adhered to the screen surface.

Different from flat screens, the pyramid structure increases the effective vibration amplitude of the screen surface, avoids material hole blocking and mesh pegging, and greatly improves screening throughput and classification accuracy.
