GREX Flat Top Woven Wire Mesh is a special crimp style with all crimp bends positioned on the bottom side, leaving the top screening surface completely flat and smooth Material particles slide freely across the flat top with minimal friction, greatly reducing material buildup, pegging and mesh clogging.

The underside crimps maintain firm wire interlock and structural stability. It is an ideal solution for wet, slightly sticky feedstock that tends to blind conventional crimp screens.

Materials include manganese steel, carbon steel, stainless steel. Custom wire diameter, aperture, dimension and hook‑edge processing are supported.

A: The minimum precision aperture is 0.053mm, which can accurately screen and recover various ultra-fine powder materials that ordinary screens cannot handle.

Is the ultra-fine aperture easy to deform or block?

A: Adopting low-shrinkage high-toughness formula and precision molding process, the aperture is stable and not easy to deform; the smooth PU surface effectively avoids fine powder adhesion and blocking.
