GREX Plain Crimp Woven Wire Mesh adopts the most classic basic crimp weaving process. Both warp and weft wires are pre‑crimped with uniform waveforms before interlacing one‑over‑one‑under, forming self‑locked square or rectangular openings.

This weaving structure prevents wire shifting under vibration load, maintains consistent aperture accuracy, and delivers good overall rigidity. Available in 65Mn manganese steel, high‑carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel.

Widely used for dry & wet screening of aggregates, gravel, ore, coal, quarry materials. Supports custom wire diameter, aperture, sheet/roll size and hooked edges for tension screen installation.
